When I did eat Vesuvio's food, I have ordered take out and delivery, have not eaten in restaurant, apologize that I am unable to give review on atmosphere. The guy who took my order was wonderful, when he did not have the answer, he did find it. Alex was personable and friendly taking my orders by phone. I had one order delivered by grub hub, another by Vesuvio's delivery person and one time a take out. I am grateful to have found Vesuvio's using grub hub. Ordered "scampi" sauce on wings, it was recommended when I asked for garlic Parm, I specifically requested fresh garlic be used, this is something I would definitely order again.

Had this place maybe twice over the past 5 years or so but got uber eats delivery tonight due to having a coupon. The boneless wings are horrid, hardly any of the Jameson sauce (which tastes like standard bbq btw). Chicken was SUPER processed, i mean like kid cuisine level or on cor. Got onion rings as well. They were overly greasy and the scampi parm sauce which was just strange. Not good in the slightest. My wife got a eggplant parm which she said tasted like cigarettes ashes. The bread seemed burnt as did the eggplant. Got extra cheese which they put i guess an okay amount of but it did not look great. Hardly any red sauce. The pizza (got a ny 16 inch mushroom and sausage) is i guess okay. It's not the worst in the wilkes barre area but not as good as dinos in the mall by a longshot. The toppings were adequate and the cheese is okay. Sauce i thought was bland. I dont think ill get them again. I've been inside the place and it has a college kid vibe i suppose, the type of place you eat lousy food and get drunk. They did seem to have a good selection of beers if your going there for that.

Called and they didn't offer delivery, so that's fine—I ordered through DoorDash. I forgot to add blue cheese and hot sauce to my order, no big deal, so I called and asked if they could add it. I was told no because there wasn't a manager available. 😑 Then I asked the DoorDasher if he could grab it and I would pay for it myself, but he was told no because it was too late to add anything to the order. Not a huge issue, just frustrating that something so simple couldn't be accommodated. I will not be returning and its sad because I use to really love this place I dont understand when they stopped caring about their costumers and started caring more about the cost of blue cheese......also who ever picked up the phone was very rude taking to someone else telling me to hold on a sec while he carried on a conversation not professional at all. Just got the food pizza did not have extra olives and 8 dollars for poppers and four came in the box 😭

We ordered from Vesuvio's for the first time on superbowl Sunday. We had it delivered which was very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza and stromboli was excellent. Not oily at all which I love. Nothing worse than picking up a slice of pizza to watch all that excess oil dripping off. That means a lot to me when it comes to pizza and stromboli. I also ordered hot wings. They were good as well. The only issue I had was the box for the wings was cardboard and absorbed the sauce for the wings. Also a little more sauce would be great too. Otherwise 5 stars all the way and I will be ordering from them in the future. 👍

This place is a little deceiving... It is not such to look at and it is set up kinda weird with a bar attached to it but the wings were awesome and the pizza looked really good. I had 10 wings thinking they would be normal sized wings but they were huge. They did the the honey garlic sauce which was awesome. The staff was nice. I would stop in again. I loved the wings...
